The Meest Food Box is a pre-assembled humanitarian aid package created through Meest’s relief programs for Ukraine. Each box contains essential, shelf-stable food items—such as grains, pasta, canned meats, flour, sugar, and cooking oil—designed to support an adult for 10–14 days.
Meest coordinates the purchase, packing, and transport of these food kits from partner facilities in Europe (primarily Poland) and delivers them to the Meest International Charitable Foundation in Lviv, Ukraine. From there, the boxes are distributed by trusted Ukrainian humanitarian organizations directly to families, seniors, and displaced people in areas affected by war.

For every t-shirt, we donate $4, for every hoodie, we donate $10, for every eBook, we donate $2 for every paperback, we donate $5 and finally for every signed and numbered paperback, we donate $80 to support food-box relief efforts in Ukraine through Meest and their humanitarian partners.
These contributions help fund Meest-assembled food packages—standardized boxes packed in Poland and delivered to trusted Ukrainian charities that distribute them to families in need. Each box provides 10–14 days of essential food supplies for an adult.

Meest collects donated food boxes in Canada and ships them directly to Ukraine using their established humanitarian logistics network. When the shipments arrive, they are received by the International Charitable Foundation “Meest” in Lviv.
From there, the Foundation works with trusted Ukrainian relief organizations—including Caritas Ukraine, Lviv Samooborona, and other local volunteer groups—to identify families in need and deliver the food boxes directly into communities.
